The Serenitas Foundation has comprehensive professional liability and indemnity insurance that covers all aspects of our work and those of our interns during their facilitation training
All staff and trainee facilitators will have an enhanced CRB check as approved by SafeAdult allowing them to work with all members of society including vulnerable adults and children
Safe and Professional working- Session work among trainee facilitators is closely supervised and interns are bound by codes of conduct and confidentiality

Our trainee facilitators are members of TIRA and as such are bound by the code of ethics as defined on its website www.tira.org
AdviceHub provides a secure working environment for those clients visiting our building. All AdviceHub members follow a code of conduct to maintain the highest possible standards of service given
Supportive
TIR sessions- Facilitators do make observational notes during work with viewers in order to aid the progression of the session. All work with clients is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not discussed in any other context without the prior permission and consent of both parties
We offer full support to our interns as they train. Our accredited trainers supervise session work, note taking and ensure that the highest standards of facilitation are maintained.
